I'm Mimi and I work with a variety of brands and individuals to create bold, elegant illustrations & designs for branding, advertising, illustrated books and more.
I have a fine art background which heavily influences my work and I love to use bold colours, strong lines, and original-thinking to create something unique and visually engaging for my clients.

A good design shouldn't just accompany your message, it should express it. That's why my creative process often starts with a notebook rather than a sketchbook.
Before I begin drawing, I spend time thoroughly talking through a project and, where necessary, conducting my own topic-based research in order to have the fullest understanding of what my client requires.
This allows me to get a real grasp on the look and 'feel' of the project so when I do turn to my sketchbook, I already have a clear idea of the direction to take.
